First of all, I don’t see why any one would want to become fat in the first place. Gaining weight when it comes to “muscle mass” would be more reasonable and make more sense. Becoming fat just makes you unhealthy. You want to build and pack on muscle, not fat. However, if you’re searching for a more relevant answer, the best way to gain weight period, is to consume more calories than what your body burns or uses. What I mean is if you eat more calories at the end of the day than what your body burns up during exercise or any other form of activity, you will pack on weight. Slowing down your metabolism can make you gain weight as well. This can be accomplished by eating less meals but very largely portioned ones throughout the day. Say you only eat 2-3 times a day, those times you eat should be very heavily portioned. That’s one way to pack on weight rather quickly, because you’re consuming all of the calories in at one time instead of spacing it out through out the day.
