What is the best video for uploading to the site?
The best video for the site is HD video. Although the site is not true HD it does support this format. This is what we have found. We recommend using the H.264 codec at size 1280×720, bit rate 3000-5000 kbits/sec (optimized for “download”), key frame every 30 frames (frame reordering on), using whatever frame rate you shot in. For sound, use AAC at 128kbps in stereo. Also, if you export your videos out of your editor, set the custom dimensions of 600X340 they will fit the player great, or you can post them in the normal HD format listed below. We have found that when you export to QuickTime using the H.264 compression and the said dimensions has worked best.
