I would NEVER buy a German car…too high maintenance. Why not check out a Subaru all wheel drive station wagon? Nice ride and safe in all conditions. Also very affordable IMO. I would also look at some of the KIA vehicles as they are a lot more impressive than originally thought. But start buy checking out a consumer mag and doing some research on different vehicles. All wheel drive is an important feature for a car in Canada. If will be near the mountains, you may need something that can accommodate chains. Consumer reviews always are helpful…you can also do this online but that is costly and the mag is readable at Barnes and Noble over coffee….Good Luck and all the best with your move.
