What is the best type of water to place in my Mug, Pitcher, or Foodtainer?
If you have one of our counter top/under counter water filters or whole house units, you can use tap water that has been purified and energized by these devices and raise it to an even higher level by using the Mug, Pitcher, or Foodtainer. If you do not have one of the above-mentioned units, it is better to use purified or spring water, rather than tap water. There are two types of water we recommend you NEVER use and they are distilled water and reverse osmosis (RO) water. Both distilled and reverse osmosis water will leach substances from your system, their plastic containers, and metal pipes. If you are using bottled water, query your supplier to make sure they does not use reverse osmosis.
