what is the best type of footbag to use for freestyle?
A good freestyle player likes a very firm and very round footbag. A beginning player would probably do best with a softer footbag until he/she gets good control of the footbag and then firmer ones to challenge his/her abilities. A good circles footbag is one with a lot of bounce, firm, but if there are novice players in the circle a medium firm one would give them a better change to participate. Someone who stalls (juggles) the footbag primarily prefers a very soft footbag and one that even flattens out when they catch it, that’s why a bag with sand in it works well for stalling.
