A/: The Dura Seal Finishes Dura Seal 2000ZC-2, Dura Seal1000, and Dura Seal Polyurethane are each commercial grade superior quality floor coatings. The differences are in the application dry time, odor and color. The Dura Seal Polyurethane and Dura Seal 1000 water based finishes although different in chemistry are both Oil Modified Polyurethane and are ambering finishes. While Dura Seal 200ZC-2 is a non-ambering water based finish.
