What is the best treatment for polycystic ovary syndrome?

The pills are not a cure, they inhibit some of the symptoms (usually regulate the menstrual flow), you’ll be on them for life that involves many other serious health risks. They can certainly relieve some symptoms temporarily, but they will not help heal the underlying causes, so they only mask the problem, and even the long term, they can do worse!
