What is the best treatment for migraine?
There isn’t one best treatment because it depends on the person and their migraine triggers and the severity of the migraine. Some people find that a cool, damp cloth, over the eyes and a lay down in a quiet and dark room works quite well. For others, that would have virtually no effect. For many, caffeine helps – but for some, it is actually a trigger.
