What is the best translation system for English to French?

Unfortunately online translators cannot translate idiomatic phrases and other colloquial nuances in languages and I have seen really bad translations done by online translators, some of them outright bizarre! The best way to learn the language is the traditional way and use a dictionary and try and really learn the language from scratch. It is anyway too time consuming and restricting to use an online translator for anything beyond a line or two.
