What is the best time of year to visit and dive in North Sulawesi?
Located just north of the equator, the tropical weather in N. Sulawesi is warm and humid all year long. But coastal sea breezes keeps it comfortable, with daytime temperatures averaging 32°C (89°F), and nighttime around 24°C (75°F). The dry season is from October to May, and the wet season from November to April. However, with daily showers common during the dry season and lengthy periods without rain during the wet season, there isn’t much of a difference between the two. The north westerly winds in the wet season can occasionally bring rougher seas, but they don’t typically last for more than a couple of days.
