What is the best time of day to listen to my Oceanic Breathing soundtracks?
I tell my Yoga students the same thing I will tell you. Practicing any form of Yoga (and Oceanic Breathing/Long Deep Breathing is a form of Yoga breathing called Pranayam) in the morning is to help you set your intention for the day while practicing at night or after work is to clear, release and recharge from your day. The best time of day to listen is up to you.
