What is the Best thesis topic for Information Technology / Computer Science Course?
Since this is a Thesis, think of your end-user. If I am your client and you were to present all these before me, here are some propositions I would consider. For Payroll System, I would prefer either one of the following: a. IC card system – an employee swipes his/her ID in a card reader and records it as in/out b. FP system – an employee presses his/her fingerprint in a sensor and records it as in/out TimeCard is old school. Employees had to line-up in a TimeCard puncher – waste of time. For Enrollment System, this is easier but is quite complex. All databases/tables with student information should be inter-related. Its fee management alone is a handful. And as for Hotel Reservation, this has got to be a website. Guests should be able to pay/check/cancel their reservations thru the web. Payment/refund issues using credit cards and other payment method should be an option. Web transactions, networking and security issues is very complicated. My suggestion… an Internet Cafe system!
