What is the best tapas place in Seattle?

Seattle’s Fernando’s was related to the Portland one (though after the Seattle one legally separated they kept basically the same menu). Then after some tax shenanigans, Fernando’s closed briefly and reemerged as Madrid 522, same owners, which has since closed (and is completely separate from whatever’s there now). Seattle’s tapas restaurants lead a precarious existence! Location: Fernando’s in Belltown (6th & Wall) Another Choice: This one below seems to have an authentic tapas menu. http://bistromagnolia.com/bistromenus.htm In PORTLAND: Buena suerte. You’ll have to head south. The best (and least expensive) tapas restaurant would be in Portland: Fernando’s, where yes, they have squid served in its own ink. As far as I know there’s nothing comparable in Seattle for authentic Spanish tapas. I would love for someone to prove me wrong, though.
