Soap and water will work if you scrub it. I’d use vinegar. Spray it on and it’ll kill the moss. Then use a pressure washer or the soap and scrub. A light treatment of vinegar from time to time will keep it from coming back. Don’t get the vinegar on any plants you don’t want to kill.
