Document all the incidents of bullying and harassment. Make a complaint to human resources, or to a human rights commission or tribunal. Having to go through a process like that is time-consuming and draining for them, but unfortunately, for you as well. Write about them in online forums – if you can find a rating website for your employer, write about them (similar to ratemyprofessor.com). Also, fighting abuse with abuse isn’t the way to go – it just makes the situation worse for you. It would be hypocritical of you to be abusive towards them if they were to you. You can’t fight fire with fire.
