What is the best quality probiotic supplement?
The website consumerlab.com does a great job reviewing probiotics, to ensure that they meet labeled claims (Many do not). You might need to pay for a membership to see the info, so there are a couple that I can recommend. First thing you need to know, is that acidophilus alone might not rebalance your gut. There are many top notch probiotics that have 15+ strains of bacteria to help replace all the beneficial strains that may be missing. My current favorite is Primal Defense, by Garden of Eden. This has worked wonders to help eliminate Candida. My second favorite is Therbiotic Complete by Pro-thera (It’s a little harder to find). Both contain 15+ strains and are properly digested in the gut. The best source i’ve found for Primal Defense is iherb.com (using Google shopping tool).
