What is the best Qigong for my specific illness?
There are several schools of thought here. One is that you should just do your Qigong practice and let your body do its natural healing thing (i.e. you activate the “healer within”) because it’s smarter than you are and knows what it needs. The other is that you should do specific practices for specific problems. If the problems are chronic or severe, it is best to seek advice from a qualified Medical Qigong Therapist or doctor (OMD, or Doctor of Oriental Medicine).
