What is the best professional camera for a beginner/hobby in photography? Also needs to be very cheap?
It may sound like a step backwards, but getting a 35m manual/analogue/film camera is the best way to start! Working with one will give you a really good understanding of the working of focus, lenses, shutter speed, light, depth of field etc. that you will need in order to take photography seriously.
