What is the best process to have my Class Ring repaired or resized?
Option One:See us anytime we are visiting your school. We always have our class ring sizer available and can pick up your class ring for re-sizing. Option Two: Notify our office of your need to have your class ring resized. The next time we are at the school (normally within two weeks), we will have you called down to the office to size your finger and pick up your ring. Option Three: Click Here and fill out the warranty claim form and mail your ring via insured mail to Warranty Service, 1900 Hartle Ave., Owatonna, MN 55060. If you don’t know what size you need please contact our office and we can mail you a sizer. ***Please Note: Once we have the Class Ring, the actual repair will take about three weeks and ship directly back to you. Make sure to provide us with an accurate address & phone number when sending in your Class Ring.
