What is the best Pokemon game for Nintendo DS?
If you had an urge, that means you want to play one now, which means that I would definitely recommend Platinum. It has more extra areas and options than Pearl or Diamond (which annoys me because I have Diamond), and most of the events (certain times when you can receive a very rare Pokemon that you can’t get normally) don’t include Pearl or Diamond. Although, if you’re only going to get one, and you don’t mind waiting until Spring, I’d get Heart Gold or Soul Silver as Frost said. They’ll have even more meat in them. However, I should warn you, none of those games utilize the touch screen much. I mean, you use it a lot, but not in any special way. You push buttons to choose which attach to use and you use it a bit outside of battle, but it’s not a huge aspect of the game. A lot of it can be done with the normal buttons.
