What is the best myth you have heard about secret societies?
I like the idea/myth that there is an ancient secret society that has kept itself alive from the remnants of the Templar knights, using myths of the illuminati etc to spread disinformation as it sat back in the shadows and slowly gained more and more power and influence, working its way into every aspect of todays society, military, government, security services, media, etc. And they are steering this country toward a federal European superstate to further its own aims!
