What is the best mojito recipe?
There are all different kinds of mojito recipes floating around out there – especially variations, such as mango. Lately, I know they’ve got vodka mojitos going around, although I prefer rum. I know they sell mixes that you just pour, but frankly, it’s not that hard to make them yourself. I have a favorite recipe that I use, and everyone I’ve made it for loves it. Now, I really hate super sweet mojitos, so I like to cut the sugar involved. I think for the most part, you’ll find that the recipes are the same, but here’s basically what I use. I like a nice tall glass, some people make them in small glasses. This may not be “standard” but this is what I’ve found I like best and have catered to taste.
