What is the best Michigan university for music?

The University of Michigan is the best school in the state for music. To boot, it’s also the best school in the state for engineering. Of course, MSU and CMU also offer music programs and engineering programs, but truthfully I would consider these schools only if he doesn’t stand as good of a chance of making it into U of M. And I say that honestly in spite of my allegience to my undergraduate university.
