Paypal or Google Checkout is best followed by a USPS money order – other money order or your personal check. If paying by Paypal or Google Checkout I will ship only to your physical address on file with Paypal or Google. I will ship to an alternate address for you but you must use a form of payment other than Paypal or Google Checkout. If shipping to an address other than your own may I suggest a USPS Money Order as it will facilitate the most rapid shipping.
