What is the best method of obtaining appropriate sign-off and involvement with clinicians?
Different approaches will work in different organisations however some examples of best practice in this area that we have heard about are: • Presenting SNOMED as a project with its associated activities and dates to directorate heads • Asking the directorate leads to nominate both a clinical and management lead within each specialty who you can work with.
