What is the best method of connection for optimal picture quality?
A ‘fully wired’ SCART lead with gold plated connectors, then select Component Output in the player’s Setup Menu. This will output RGB video which gives the best picture quality and is compatible with most PAL TVs. NOTE: usually only one SCART on the TV supports RGB. Check your manual to see which one. You may also have to enable the TV’s RGB input, check your manual for this as well.
