What is the best medicine for arthritis?
The best remedy for a given disease differs from case to case in homoeopathy as the remedy is not selected for the disease name but for the patient as a whole taking into account the striking symptoms and modalities of his problem(s) as well as his personal characteristics. In one case of arthritis, Bryonia alba may work but in the other it may not do any good and Rhus toxicodendron may help. Yet in the third case, the patient may not benefit from any of the two and may need Causticum or Pulsatilla or any other remedy according to the particular indications and personal characteristics. So in that sense, there is no best remedy for any disease in homoeopathy. The medicine that works in a given case is the best for that case ONLY. A disappointing experience about homoeopathy!
