You can use several media like; a. 1 : 1 : 1 of perlite, peat moss and charcoal b. 100% sphagnum moss (my favourite media) c. 1: 1 of coconut husk and perlite d. 1:1:1 of perlite, charcoal and sphagnum moss The suitable media will depend on your microclimate and watering habit. For me, in Central of Malaysia, I love to use with 100% high grade of sphagnum moss.
