What is the best make up to use to cover up acne and acne scars?
Hey! I’m 19 and have the same problem as you, but am on the way to clear skin! My acne seriously depressed me for years as I got bullied for it and I have recently been referred to a dermatologist. Have you considered seeing a dermatologist at all? However currently I still have awful skin, with scarring. I’ve also started model occasionally and have found out so many brilliant tips and techniques from the make up artists which I’m more than happy to share 😀 One told me to apply a tiny measure of eye drop to a cotton bud and dab it on the spot, to reduce size and redness. It actually worked! The same technique can be done with apple cider vinegar, but I found although it reduced the spot it dried out the skin a lot! Before applying your make up, ensure that your skin is properly prepared (toned, moisturised etc). Personally I find that a primer called Guerlain Les Meteorites Light-Diffusing Perfecting Primer really evens out the skin tone to make it smooth, while reducing imperfection
