For a month in Thailand you won’t need to carry much – so anything around 45 to 55 litres will suffice … Karimoor have a 35-50 litre Global that might be ok …they include a cheap ‘n cheerful day pack too. You want one that is durable, plenty of pockets with 2 sections, and especially good and comfortable on your back in case you are carrying it around all day … Also, have a look at good quality second hand ones on eBay … just make sure the name is good like North Face, Karimoor, Berghaus, Deuter etc! I would also suggest you ask on the Lonely Planet Thorntree – Gear section …
