Verizon does not prefer or recommend any particular mail application. There are many mail applications that have been successfully used for accessing our POP mailboxes such as MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, Netscape, Eudora Pro, and Eudora Lite. Any mail application that is chosen must support a POP3 mailbox configuration. Using the information above, you should be able to configure your mailbox within the mail client.
