What is the best low calorie food to eat that is filling?
Here is a list of the foods I eat when I diet. Fish of all kinds (great source of protein, no carbs) Raw almonds (great source of healthy fats, but high in calories so don’t eat too many) Protein drinks (I get them at Trader Joe’s, 110 calories each) Two pieces of whole wheat toast with real butter (that’s basically all my carbs for the whole day, I eat them in the morning) Cheese sticks (60 calories each) Lowfat cottage cheese Vegetables That’s about it. You have to count calories. I try to eat under 2000 a day, and I burn around 500 a day at the gym. This is a low calorie low carb diet, and I guarantee it works, even without exercise. I lost 40 pounds and kept it all off. Oh, and ONLY drink water, and make sure you drink a lot of it throughout the day.
