What is the best language to post in, since I have a choice of several (boast, boast!)?
A. You can post in any language that you like S-L-T is an international group and naturally deals with languages other than English. However, even if English is not your primary language, it’s probably useful to acknowledge that sci.lang.translation is a group, where the “lowest common denominator” language is English. Also keep in mind that even if the question on your mind concerns something no English speaker would care about, people who do not even speak your language might have useful information, such as where to look for the information you are after.
