What is the best Italian dish youve ever eaten and why?
I am an Italian food maniac. I can eat Italian food every day. My ultimate Italian meal is the traditional multi-course meal starting with a salad, a nice bowl of Minestrone, then maybe a glass of good red wine before some appetizers, for me maybe some stuffed mushrooms or mussels triestina, then a few entrees along the way, probably a good dish of manicotti stuffed with ricota cheese or a classic baked Ziti with meatballs. Then finish it off with a nice Italian coffee and as many cannolis you can cram into your mouth before you burst. WHY? Because the Italians know how to eat and you never leave an Italian mother’s home hungry.
