So far, all of the suggestions are from north Indian cuisine. Not that there’s anything wrong with it, but why not try south Indian cuisine for a change. It’s quite different. Try it. My favorite is vadai – these are savory donut type things made with lentils and rice but they are vegan.

we went to a vegetarian restaurant in upton park called anitias, i think or nitas,on green street between plashet grove and the romford road and we had a thali but before it we had kassava chips, i thought they were great, all the food was really good but when i order a take away for delivery i always get bindi bhaji and mushroom bhaji.
