I’m not familiar with that coffee shop, but here is a recipe I got from Pampered Chef. 1/4 c semi sweet chocolate chips 3 c milk 3 tbs instant chocolate milk mix Mini marshmallows optional. combine chips and milk and heat until chocolate is melted and mixed with milk. Add powder mix and whisk until combined. Serve.
