What is the best hand held GPS unit for Geocaching?

I have always liked the small handheld units like the Garmin eTrex series myself. Small, accurate, and with most or all of the features you need depending on the model. There are a few other units in this sort of form factor, but I can only really express my opinion on the Garmin models. If you let the unit sit and integrate for a minute or so I would get positions accurate to within feet of the cache. I loved to set the unit down on the park bench, rock, or whatever and just sit there looking around and asking myself “where would I hide the cache?” After a minute the GPS receiver would be giving me a range to the cache, maybe something like 10ft, this almost always worked. The other advantage is that the unit looked like a large cell phone from a few feet away, especially in the little neoprene case Garmin sells. Always good to hide what you are doing from the Geomuggles.
