For sheeting use a water base contact cement or sorghum, for the plywood spine & top plates use a Polyurethane glue like Gorilla glue or Elmer’s Ultimate Polyurethane. Buy the smallest bottle you can, it has a short shelf life once opened, high humidity sets it off. Any waterproof wood glue will work.
