You can wear any high quality brand of gel eyeliner IF you first prep your lids with a primer and a neutral colored eyeshadow, which will help the eyeliner stay on longer (I like Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Light, which is made specifically for oily skin). After applying eyeliner, I also like to top it off with an eyeshadow in the same shade to keep the color in place all day.
