This is what you need: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-re… There are 23 steps in the automated removal instructions that you should follow closely. All tools used there are free. Edit: Avast is good but this is not the time to get it. You won’t be able to download nor install it on a computer infected by Security Tool. Even if you already had it installed prior to infection, it won’t detect and more so remove the infection. You can install it later after you have removed the infection as I have mentioned above.

Bill M has it right, use that guide he gave a link for. Anti-virus programs do not catch things like Security Tool or other fake security programs. They are not viruses. In addition to an anti-virus you need some kind of anti-malware/anti-spyware program or get something like Microsoft Security Essentials which is both an anti-virus and anti-malware.
