What is the best formula milk for a colicky baby?
My daughter was quite colicky once she went onto formula and it wasn’t anything to do with the milk, it was the teat. She was drinking so fast she was casuing a vacuum in the bottle, sometimes causing the teat to flatten. Your baby sounds like she is swallowing a lot of air like my daughter used to. I bought Avent teats (can’t remember the name of them) and they worked brilliantly. They have a valve to allow air back into the bottle and a cross instead of a hole in the teat so the harder the baby sucks, the more milk it gets and this stops the gulping of air.
