What is the best format for providing HR training to supervisors?

We are looking to provide HR training, such as harassment, company policy and conflict resolution training to our supervisors so that they can guide employees in the right direction should any issues or questions arise. We have an idea of what we want to present to our supervisors, but I am wondering the best method of presenting the material to them. Can anyone please provide feedback on their personal experiences and what worked best for them in either using a presentation, online seminar, etc. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
