You should not change your eating habits while you are pregnant. An error that many pregnant women have is that they think that now that they are pregnant they should eat more. You are NOT eating for two. Just eat how you would normally eat everyday. It is OK to use vitamins and such to help you stay healthy throughout the pregnancy. Remember not to overeat or drink or smoke during pregnancy. Stay relaxed and stress-free! If you stress or worry too much about the well-being of your baby then that can be dangerous to your baby.
