Because we live in the desert I would say that there isn’t, ‘one,’ best food. The best approach to feeding trees, palms or shrubs, vegetables or fruit trees in our area is to buy specific foods. Take a trip to Star Nursery and you will find a whole variety of different foods specifically formulated for the soil type that we have. Here in the desert I have found that it is not a case of, one size fits all.
