What is the best file format, size and resolution of photo to send?

0

The best file format to send is a TIF, or JPEG. For best results the photo should have a resolution between 150 -300 dpi if it is going to be enlarged. A full size image at 72 dpi will also print very well. If you are not sure about the size of your image you can right click on the file and go to properties (windows) or ctrl+click > get info (mac) to see the size of the image. If your image is above 2mb your in good shape. If its lower you can email us the file to support@theprintedcanvas.com . We’ll take look and let you know whether it will work for printing and/or offer a solution.
