What is the best family friendly restaurant in the Twin Cities?

I grew up in the northwestern suburbs and there were very few restaurants in the area that I found enjoyable. If you’re looking at chains, there is a Chuck E. Cheese in Blaine, Maple Grove and Champlin. The food is barely tolerable for adults but I thought the pizza was the best in the world when I was 4-10 years old, plus the games will keep the kids busy. If you’re talking about the Twin Cities as a whole, all the best restaurants are in Minneapolis and St. Paul proper, family friendly or just any kind of dining in general. If you’re limiting yourself to the northwestern suburbs you’d better like chains and fast food, because that’s all you’re going to find.
