Well, it would depend on personal tastes, but I would suggest swimming or another type of in water exercise. It’s not hard on your joints like jogging might be, you get vary your workout to meet your needs/abilities, and when you get hot and sweaty you’ll still be comfy since you’re surrounded by cool water. And of course, you might have so much fun you’ll forget it’s exercise (especially if you have others with you). Of course, not everyone has access to a pool. I also suggest yoga. There are many poses that almost anyone can start with – and many can also be adjusted if you’re neither limber nor strong. And you can do it at home or in a class or both – whatever you want. There are plenty of books and videos available at just about any bookstore (Barnes & Noble, Books-a-Million, etc.).
