What is the best exercise to tone/flatten the lower abdomen?
this is what i do, and it works. get an exercising ball (a small one) and put it under your butt (while you’re laying on the floor) then move your legs ALL the way up, then all the way down (but dont let your feet touch the floor) another thing i do tis this. with the same exercising ball, lay on the floor and put the ball under your lower back, and put your legs out keep them a little bent) and then you do regular crunches. lol it’s confusing to understand this like this (but keep your legs straight) http://ec1.images-amazon.com/images/I/21… lol thats all i can find, sorry, but on www.youtube.com search “bender ball” and watch a video good luck!
