You can’t spot-reduce a section of the body. A million situps nor crunches will not make the fat roll disappear 🙁 Diet *and* exercise both play a very important role in reducing overall body fat. Cut out processed foods, white breads, mee goreng, nasi goreng, nasi lemak, roti prata, sodas and workout 5x a week (cardio and strength training), and you’ll not only reduce the tummy, but also look great all over 🙂 Also, drinking lots of water (minimum 8 glasses a day) and cutting down on sodium will help reduce the bloat. As they say, losing weight is 20% exercise and 80% diet.
