What is the best exercise for thighs and butt???
I could have asked this question as I’m also a size 10 but need to tone up my thighs and butt. I have noticed a difference with drinking more water and staying off of tea and coffe and junk food. Squats are good for the tops of your legs (but they flippin well hurt) and star jumps also. I have been doing star jumps and jogging on the spot through the advert breaks of tv programmes I watch. I do stretching excersises first then the jogging etc. That way I don’t feel the pain too much and I have a short burst and don’t put too much pressure on myself.
